The Law Office of Domingo Garcia seeks trial attorneys who want to actually go to trial and make a difference for clients. Since 1983, our Texas-focused firm has won millions for those injured by others, and we’re expanding our trial team with attorneys eager to lead cases from filing to resolution.

We value first-chair trial experience and a passion for justice. A Texas license and at least 1 year of litigation work are required; Spanish language skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Texas with at least 1 year of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense welcome).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead personal injury cases from filing through resolution.

Who we’re looking for

• $100,000–$150,000 base plus benefits and monthly performance bonuses tied to attorney fees collected.
