Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an experienced RN to join our triage team at the Naperville Pulmonary Medicine location. You will assess patient concerns by phone, educate patients, schedule tests, and authorize prescriptions per protocol, helping to coordinate care for diverse cases.

Qualified candidates hold active RN licensure, with knowledge of patient privacy rules and OSHA/HIPAA. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with travel as needed and a strong team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing skills in accordance with nursing standards.
• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient health concerns via telephone using physician-approved protocols.
• Educate patients, schedule tests and procedures, obtain insurance approvals.
• Review and authorize/deny provider ordered prescriptions per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient education.
