Responsibilities

• Triage phone responses using physician-approved protocols to assess symptoms and provide guidance.
• Respond to patient messages and test results; schedule appointments as needed.
• Review and authorize/deny provider prescribed medications per guidelines.
• Educate patients about procedures, medications, nutrition and wellness.
• Document accurately in the Medical Record and support staff training.
