Endeavor Health, a fully integrated healthcare system, seeks a Registered Nurse for its Medical Group in Evanston, IL. You will provide nursing care under supervision, perform triage and patient education, and document in Epic.

The position is full-time with hours 7:30am–6pm Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays 8am–12pm. IL license, BSN preferred, BLS/CPR, and 1 year of nursing experience required.

• Current professional nursing licensure in the State of IL.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for healthcare provider required.
• 1 year nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care under the direction of Practice Manager and physicians.
• Perform phone triage, review test results, process medication refills, obtain prior authorizations, educate patients.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart patient information in Epic electronic medical record.

Hourly Pay Range:

$35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Description

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
• Location: Evanston, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Monday through Friday Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm with rotating Saturdays 8am - 12pm
• Required Travel: Travel to other sites based on department need

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
