Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group to support physicians and the office team by providing comprehensive nursing care and coordinating patient education. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays and travel to other sites as needed.

Qualified candidates hold IL RN licensure, graduate from an NLN-accredited program (BSN preferred), and have BLS/CPR certification with at least 1 year of nursing experience in clinical

• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education/teaching.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic, the electronic medical record.

Hourly Pay Range: $35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Description

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
• Location: Evanston, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Monday through Friday Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm with rotating Saturdays 8am - 12pm
• Required Travel: Travel to other sites based on department need

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
