Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Group. The role involves providing nursing care under supervision, performing phone triage, handling test results and patient education, and coordinating with physicians.

You will chart in Epic and support daily operations in a busy ambulatory setting. The position requires an IL nursing license, NLN-accredited nursing education, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• NLN-accredited nursing program completed.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care under the direction of the Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.

Hourly Pay Range:

$35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Description

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
• Location: Evanston, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Monday through Friday Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm with rotating Saturdays 8am - 12pm
• Required Travel: Travel to other sites based on department need

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
