Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

• Excellent clinical assessment and judgment skills.
• Experience with pain and symptom management.
• IV and vascular access device skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including whole numbers, fractions, decimals, ratios, rates, and percentages.

PRN Triage Nurse – RN

Ohio's Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PRN Triage Nurse. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys providing clinical support, coordinating patient care, and helping hospice patients and families receive timely, compassionate service when they need it most.

Position: PRN Triage Nurse – RN

Schedule: PRN

Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Location: On-site - Dayton/Centerville, Ohio

About the Role

The Triage Nurse – RN provides clinical support to hospice patients and families through our Call Center. You will assess incoming calls, prioritize patient needs, provide clinical guidance, coordinate appropriate services, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team to support continuity of care.

Your clinical judgment, assessment skills, and compassionate communication will help ensure our patients receive timely care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
