Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in triage, case management, or population health.
• Strong knowledge of nursing assessment, clinical protocols, and telephonic triage procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
