Job summary

A healthcare provider in Columbus is seeking a full-time Triage Nurse to join the team. Candidates must have BLS and RN credentials, with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred. Qualifications

• BLS certification must be from the American Heart Association.
• Must have a valid nursing license in good standing.
• 5+ years in oncology or acute care preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant oncology or acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Work four days a week until 5 PM; no nights, no weekends.
• Act as a primary liaison for patient care.
• Manage individualized care plans and document patient conditions.
• Implement and manage individualized care plans; assess, document, and report patient conditions in accordance with established protocols.

What Will You Do?

• Work four days per week; usually until 5 PM; no nights, no weekends.
• Serve as a primary liaison across all disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Multi‑task between patient calls, provider messages, and other related duties.
• Acknowledge and perform provider orders in alignment with clinical standards.
• Implement and manage individualized care plans; assess, document, and report patient conditions in accordance with established protocols.

What Will You Need to Be Successful?

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Ohio Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (oncology or acute care preferred).
