Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing program completion from an accredited school.
• Current Indiana LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with providing patient care and record vital signs.
• Assist physician during treatment, examination, and testing.
• Maintain orderly patient flow and prioritize emergencies.
• Schedule patient testing, admissions, referrals and provide pre-testing instructions.
• Maintain and review patient records; inform patient of test results and recommendations.
• Provide patient education on medications and treatment instructions.
