Compass Connections seeks an experienced registered nurse to join our on-site team in San Antonio, TX. You will provide telehealth triage, assess patients, document findings, and collaborate with Medical Director and nursing staff to develop care plans.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
Fluency in English is required.
Academic Req: Required – Registered nurse license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Certifications: Good standing as a licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Texas Board of Nursing; current BLS certifications (PALS preferred), First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention
Work experience : Required – At least 5 years of experience as a RN; Preferred – pediatric nursing experience
