Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Café is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Tri-State market to lead the region as a full business unit, driving performance, talent development, and scalable systems across all cafés. This role ensures consistent execution of PPC standards while elevating food safety, culinary quality, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• 5+ years leading multi-unit leaders in complex foodservice, hospitality, or retail environments.
• Proven experience leading high-volume, multi-location operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and financial performance (P&L ownership).
• Track record of developing leaders and improving team performance.
• Strong field leadership presence in a hands-on, café-based environment.
• Ability to travel regularly and maintain in-market café presence.
• Experience leading through change, complexity, and performance variability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own Tri-State market as a full business unit with accountability for performance, talent and growth.
• Set and execute a market strategy aligned to expansion plans.
• Lead PPC standards and ensure consistent brand execution across all cafés.
• Build and sustain a leadership team (DMs, GMs, Head Chefs).
• Own regional P&L including sales, labor, and controllables.
