Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is hiring for a supervisory role in a fast-paced dining environment. Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $22.50 an hour with an additional $2.00 an hour for swing and grave shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Required Knowledge and Certification:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to walk and / or stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours

• Must have the ability to independently lift 25+ pounds occasionally

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Work is performed in a variety of restaurant locations throughout the property and may include flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke and outdoors for guest events
• Must be able to work in cramped, tight quarters
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays
• Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals
• High volume direct public contact
