Tri-County Community Dental Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising, donor engagement, grant development, and community relations to support accessible dental care for underserved populations.

You will build relationships with foundations, corporations, and volunteers, develop sustainable programs for operations, capital projects, and growth, and guide a team to advance the clinic's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business administration, public relations, or related field.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, development, grant writing, or nonprofit advancement.
• Demonstrated success in securing grants, major gifts, sponsorships, and charitable support.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and project management.
• Experience managing donor databases and fundraising.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Commitment to the mission of improving access to healthcare for underserved populations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and discretion.

Job description

The Development Director is responsible for leading and implementing Tri-County Dental Clinic’s fundraising, donor engagement, grant development, and community relations strategies. This position plays a critical role in securing philanthropic support to advance the clinic’s mission of providing accessible, high-quality dental care to underserved individuals and families throughout the Fox Valley.

The Development Director will cultivate relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, community partners, and volunteers while developing sustainable fundraising programs that support annual operations, strategic initiatives, capital projects, and long-term organizational growth.

This position is a full-time, salaried role with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support clinic operations.
