The W.K. Kellogg Foundation seeks a Program Officer for Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation (TRHT) to lead national and community-based efforts addressing racism.

The role partners with 14 community collaborations and advises colleagues across the foundation on racial equity work. The officer will also build public support among nonprofit leaders, business and government in pursuit of sustainable change.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading racial equity and healing work at local and systems levels.
• Deep understanding of race, racism, and how healing can transform communities.
• Holistic, interdisciplinary thinker with ability to co-create solutions.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders including nonprofits, government and communities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to 14 multi-sector TRHT community collaborations.
• Advise foundation colleagues on racial equity efforts and healing strategies.
• Build public support and awareness among nonprofits, business, government, and parents.
• Draft strategies and analyze challenges to advance systemic change.
