Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supporting immigrant communities.
• Minimum five years in related roles with strong networks and program design experience.
• Experience forming strategic partnerships with other organizations.
• Understanding of policy equity issues and diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Execute program portfolios and manage administrative aspects of grants, vendors and contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership in project execution and strategic planning.
• Screen and recommend grants, conduct site visits and monitor portfolios.
• Incorporate assessment components to measure progress and impact.
