Vandalia Rental SOS is expanding to meet surging demand for trench safety and confined space solutions. We seek a decisive, safety‑minded team member to own outcomes, elevate standards, and grow with us as SOS expands into larger fleets and markets.

Key duties include safe loading, equipment readiness, and cross‑functional coordination with maintenance, dispatch and drivers. Qualified candidates excel in safety, fast problem solving, and hands‑on training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Trench safety equipment knowledge a plus.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Calm, confident communicator across teams.
• Strong math, written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Safe loading, transport support and yard control for customers and drivers.
• Assemble, prep, clean and service trench safety and confined space gear.
• Greet customers, resolve issues quickly and act as a solutions partner.
• Coordinate with maintenance, dispatch, back/front counter and drivers to keep schedules.
• Inspect returns for wear, damage and cleanliness; document findings and ensure billing.
