Position Overview:
As a Trench Crew Member, you will perform manual labor tasks to support the installation of underground utilities, particularly electrical conduit systems. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. You must also have experience with fixing stucco, building equipment walls, and trenching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dig and prepare trenches for electrical conduit and other utilities.
• Assist in installing conduits, cables, and related materials.
• Operate hand tools and equipment (shovels, trenchers, mini excavators).
• Ensure trenches meet project specifications (depth, width, slope).
• Backfill and compact trenches after conduit installation.
• Fix stucco and build equipment walls as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and other labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles preferred.
• Must have experience fixing stucco, building equipment walls, and trenching.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and a commitment to safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, with weekends as needed. Start time: 6:00 AM.
