Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a Trimmer Trainee in Colorado. This full-time, non-exempt role offers an hourly wage range and weekly pay, with company-sponsored benefits including health insurance and a retirement plan.

Primary tasks involve trimming trees, operating and maintaining equipment, loading materials, and assisting in training new employees. Strong safety awareness and good coordination are essential for this physically demanding position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position, no experience required.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trims and removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
• Relays signals, directs traffic, and protects pedestrians.
• Assists in training new employees.
