Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer Trainee in Colorado to join our field crew. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, safety-focused work, and a path to advance within a nationwide utility vegetation company.

The position pays $21.65–$26.72 per hour, weekly, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and disability coverage. Candidates must meet physical requirements and be able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, or at various heights, on uneven and slippery surfaces while handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into manageable pieces.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards in and around the work area.
