Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Capital Transmission Trimmer/Operator in Wisconsin. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a wage package with hourly pay of $36.05 to $44.22 and comprehensive union benefits.

You will work four 10-hour days with overtime opportunities, operate trimming equipment, and ensure safety while serving customers and protecting the public. Training is provided on the job, with strong growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to wear necessary PPE as per task assigned.
• Able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Endurance for long hours and overtime.
• Write, read, and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
• Must affiliate with the local union.

Responsabilités

• Trims and/or removes trees by climbing with a ladder or from ground using equipment.
• Loads and unloads trucks with logs, stumps, brush, debris, or feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment; performs basic repairs as needed.
• Sets up barriers and traffic signals to protect employees and the public.
• Ensures safety for self and others; may train new employees.
• Pre-employment requirements include drug screen and background checks.
