Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber for full-time, non-exempt work in a field-based role. The position requires performing tree trimming, operating and maintaining equipment, and managing debris on-site under varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders or at various heights on uneven surfaces under demanding weather conditions.
• No fear of heights.

Responsibilities

• Trim and/or remove trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service tools/equipment used on the job.
• Cut and split large debris into manageable pieces.
• Relays hand signals and directs traffic as needed.
• Set up barriers and warning signs to protect employees and the public.
• Assist in training new employees.
