Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber to join its tree maintenance crew. The role involves trimming and removing trees, operating and maintaining all required tools and equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient work on job sites.

You will load and unload materials, feed debris into a woodchipper, set up barriers and signs, and cooperate with customers and local authorities. High school diploma preferred; pre-employment screening may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• No fear of heights and ability to work on uneven/slippery surfaces.
• Good hand-to-eye coordination is required.

Responsibilities

• Trims and removes trees and branches.
• Operate and service required tools and equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into pieces.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds debris into woodchipper.
• Sets up barriers and safety signals to protect workers and public.
