Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to perform tree trimming and removal duties in a physically demanding outdoor role. The position involves operating and maintaining specialized equipment, loading materials, and coordinating with teams to ensure job-site safety and efficiency.

The role is full-time and non-exempt, with competitive hourly pay and a strong emphasis on safety protocols, customer cooperation, and proper use of tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• No fear of heights; able to climb and work on uneven surfaces.
• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards in and around the work area.
