Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber in Mocksville, NC. The role is Full-Time, non-exempt, with hourly pay and a benefits package including health insurance and retirement plan. The candidate will trim trees, operate tools, load trucks, and safeguard work sites. Pre-employment screening may apply.

Entry-level welcome with potential for growth; a valid driver’s license is preferred. This position requires physical stamina and comfort with heights and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders or at various heights on uneven surfaces.
• No fear of heights.
• Good hand-to-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into manageable pieces.
• Sprays areas with equipment to prevent further growth.
• Loads/unloads trucks.
• Feeds brush & debris into a woodchipper.
• Repairs minor damage to lawns, fences, and walkways.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards.
