Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a full-time Trimmer/Climber to join our field operations. The role involves trimming and removing trees, operating tools, and maintaining equipment in outdoor environments.

The position is hourly, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and customer service. A valid driver's license is preferred, and applicants must pass pre-employment checks where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, at various heights, on uneven surfaces.
• No fear of heights.
• Good hand-to-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into manageable pieces.
• Sprays areas with equipment to prevent further growth.
• Loads/unloads trucks.
• Feeds brush & debris into a woodchipper.
• Repairs minor job-related damage to lawns, fences, and walkways.
• Maintains good housekeeping on trucks and at work locations.
• Performs other related work, as assigned by superiors.
