Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Ohio is seeking a Trimmer/Climber for a full-time, non-exempt role. You will trim and remove trees, operate equipment, and work from ladders or heights as required to manage debris and maintain safety around job sites.

Compensation is hourly and competitive; the company provides health insurance, retirement plan, and an Employee Assistance Program. A pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR review may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, or at various heights, on uneven and slippery surfaces while handling equipment or material.
• No fear of heights.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR checks may be required.

Responsabilités

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, and safeguards the work area.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
• Assists in training new employees.
