Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber in Asheboro, NC for a full-time, non-exempt role. You will trim and remove trees, operate and service all required tools, load and unload trucks, and follow safety protocols to protect workers and the public.

Responsibilities include feeding debris into a woodchipper, setting up barriers, and assisting in training new employees, with routine maintenance on equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods of time.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at various heights under demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds debris into a woodchipper.
• Sets up barriers and safety signage to protect workers and the public.
