Essential Functions

• Cut and/or trim using industry best management practices.
• Use wedges, sledges, and chainsaws to fell trees or trim trunks, and to cut and split logs.
• Apply herbicide to prevent further growth as indicated on maps.
• Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris; feed brush into a woodchipper.
• Follow best management practices to ensure safety for workers and the public.
• Inspect tools, trucks, and equipment; request repairs or replacements as needed. Maintain good housekeeping.
• Commit to working safely daily.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Starting package: $25 - $39/hr.
