Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services in Austin, TX is seeking a Tree Service Manager to supervise Tree Trimming Specialists crews and oversee all department services. You will ensure contract adherence, coordinate schedules, and guide staff to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of tree management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with at least five years of issuance.
• ISA or TCIA certifications preferred.
• ISA Certified Tree Worker certification encouraged within 1 year.
• Experience in a leading position and ability to motivate teams.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Tree Trimming Specialists crews.
• Ensure service contracts are followed and work is completed on schedule.
• Guide employees to improve productivity and professional development.
• Approve time sheets and payroll inputs; manage crew schedules.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the Tree Department; communicate with Sales Arborist.
