ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a Tree Climber to join our Austin-area team. This contract role demands skilled use of saddle and rope techniques, safe equipment handling, and a commitment to timely, high-quality tree care.

You’ll work with a crew on varied sites, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow service contracts while maintaining safety and efficiency. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a long‑standing Texas company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years tree climbing/trimming with saddle and rope experience.
• Valid driver's license with at least five years of issue date.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete tree work with a crew and align with customer expectations and service contracts.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for the work day and load them for transport.
• Remove specified dead or live trees and prune to contract specifications.
• Maintain appearance, health, and value of trees per route instructions.
• Complete all contracted work, using ground/boom/climbing gear as required.
• Haul away non-hazardous waste to disposal sites.
• Safely operate equipment like chippers, chainsaws, and grinders.
• Minimize waste on-site by chipping/grinding and preparing for disposal.
• Clean up the work area; manage debris removal.
• Be available to work Saturdays when needed; maintain professional conduct.
