Job summary

Hana Enterprises is seeking a Tree Maintenance Worker to assist in maintaining customer grounds. The role requires physical strength and the ability to work with diverse crews in varying weather conditions. A full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays and vacation.

The position is full time, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities spanning equipment operation, hazard prevention, and collaborative maintenance tasks to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain base access.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Experience operating power-driven grounds equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to walk, run, lift, bend, reach, stand, sit, push.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist arborists in collecting and piling branches and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Maintain hazard-free work areas and collaborate with crew members.
• Operate ground equipment including chipper, blowers, and chainsaws as needed to meet contract requirements.
• Follow established safety practices and set up proper safety exclusion zones.
• Carry out maintenance tasks to high standards.

Hana Enterprises is seeking candidates experienced in performing Tree Maintenance Worker to assist us in maintaining the grounds of our customer. Job type: Full Time (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

Assisting arborists in collecting and piling branches, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring hazard-free work areas. You should be able to work with a variety of crew members. To be successful as a Tree Maintenance Worker, you should be physically strong and able to work in extreme weather conditions. Outstanding Tree Maintenance Workers should be able to carry out instructions efficiently and complete all maintenance tasks to the highest standard.

• Operation of all ground equipment to include Chipper, Blowers, Chain-saws and other equipment as necessary, to accomplish contract requirements.


• Operates powered grounds maintenance equipment


• Fixes and maintains equipment


• Uses established safety practices and sets up proper safety exclusion zones
