Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate heavy equipment and remove branches and tree material from electrical lines. The role requires driving, site setup, and coordination with customers to gain access and manage safety and efficiency on job sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tree species and abilities to identify them.
• Awareness of electrical hazards and how to stay safe on-site.
• Ability to operate while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, directs, checks, and coordinates work.
• Operates and services heavy equipment such as gasoline or hydraulic tools, power saws, chipper, and sprayers.
• Cleans up and disposes of all debris.
• Uses hand-tools such as axes, pruners, and other equipment as required.
• Ensures safety, quality and production requirements are met.
