Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a Tree Climber Specialist for our Four Peaks Landscape Management Arbor Division in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of verifiable climbing experience, handles palms and tall trees, and meets safety standards per ISA/ANSI with PPE and rigging knowledge.

The position offers a full-time schedule with Fridays off, plus opportunities for training CEUs, promotions, and a 401(k) after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable tree climbing experience.
• Experience with palms and trees 20–75+ ft tall.
• Knowledge of ISA/ANSI safety standards and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and perform proper pruning and safety practices.
• Climb and work on living and dead trees using proper PPE and rigging.
• Operate and maintain equipment (skid loaders, stump grinders, chainsaws, brushes, etc.).
• Be available for Fridays, weekends, emergencies and Monsoon season.
