Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping in Tucson, AZ seeks a Tree Climber Specialist with strong climbing experience and ISA/ANSI safety knowledge. The role includes pruning, rigging, and operating equipment such as chainsaws, grinders, and skid loaders.

You will follow safety standards, attend weekly training, and contribute to year-round tree-care for residential and commercial clients. Full-time position with four 10-hour days, Fridays off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of verifiable tree climbing experience.
• Experience climbing palms and trees from 20 to 75+ feet.
• Knowledge of ISA/ANSI safety standards and proper rigging.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and perform proper pruning and safety practices.
• Climb trees and work safely with PPE and rigging techniques.
• Operate equipment including skid loaders, grinders, and chainsaws.
• Maintain and service equipment; follow site procedures and notes.
• Be available for Fridays, weekends, emergencies when needed.
