Monster Tree Service is seeking a Tree Climber to join the Pinellas County team and help grow the tree care operation. You will climb, prune and remove trees on residential and commercial properties, while safely operating equipment and supporting the crew.

Starting pay ranges from $30-$35 per hour DOE, with training, year-round employment, and access to state-of-the-art equipment in a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Climbing experience with rope and saddle for pruning.
• Knowledge of knots, chainsaw and chipper operation.
• Experience with aerial lifts preferred.
• Familiarity with ANSI standards preferred.
• Willingness to train others.
• Driver's license with clean record preferred.
• Experience driving non-CDL trucks with trailers valued.
• Experience with crew management, training, customer service and safety.

Responsabilités

• Climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties.
• Safely operate tools and equipment including aerial lifts, hand tools, chainsaws, and chippers.
• Work as part of a crew supporting the foreman.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for climbing, pruning, and removing trees on residential and commercial properties.
• Properly prepare, maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment including Aerial lifts, hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
• Operates as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman.
• Ensure excellent Customer Service.

Qualifications:

• Climbing experience utilizing rope and saddle when pruning, knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.
• Experience with Aerial Lifts desired.
• Familiarity with ANSI standards preferred.
• Willingness to train others.
• Driver’s License with clean driving record preferred.
• Experience with driving non-CDL trucks with trailers.
• Experience with crew management, training, customer service, and safety procedures are highly valuable.
