Job summary

A tree care franchise in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Tree Climber to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of climbing experience and knowledge of essential techniques and equipment. Responsibilities include climbing, pruning, and removing trees for both residential and commercial properties. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates will enjoy competitive wages and benefits, including a $1,000 signing bonus. Qualifications

• 3+ years climbing experience.
• Knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.
• Experience with Aerial Lifts desired.
• Driver’s License required with clean driving record, CDL preferred.

• Responsible for climbing, pruning, and removing trees on residential and commercial properties.
• Properly maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
• Operates as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for climbing, pruning, and removing trees on residential and commercial properties.
• Properly prepare, maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
• Operates as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years climbing experience
• Climbing experience utilizing rope and saddle when pruning, knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.
• Experience with Aerial Lifts desired.
• Familiarity with ANSI standards.
• Driver’s License required with clean driving record, CDL preferred.
• Experience with driving non-CDL trucks with trailers.
• Experience with crew management, training, customer service, and safety procedures is highly valuable.
