SavATree LLC is seeking a Tree Climber to join our General Tree Care Team. You will perform pruning, removals, and cabling, applying your climbing and safety expertise to protect clients' landscapes.

The role emphasizes proper pruning cuts, equipment operation, and adherence to ANSI safety standards. A strong focus on teamwork and customer service supports ongoing professional growth in a demanding outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in proper pruning techniques for large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Experience with chainsaws, aerial lifts (bucket trucks), and other essential tree care equipment.
• Knowledge of ANSI A300 pruning standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality tree care services, including pruning, removals, and cabling for trees and shrubs.
• Climb trees safely using ropes, saddle, and ladders.
• Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts (bucket trucks), and other tree care equipment effectively.
• Identify hazards and perform safety checks before, during, and after each job.
• Maintain strong communication with team members and clients, ensuring excellent service and safety at all times.
• Take ownership of your role, contributing to a positive, safety-focused team culture.
