The General Tree Care Team is the backbone of our operations. These team members work collaboratively to deliver high-quality tree care, focusing on maintaining and improving the health of our clients' landscapes.

In this role, you'll work outdoors, visiting beautiful properties in your community. Your expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety will ensure the health and safety of each landscape.

What a day looks like

Working as part of a crew, you'll perform pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care tasks, operating equipment safely while providing excellent service.

Who we're looking for

• Experience with proper pruning of large shade trees and ornamentals
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species
• Climbing ability without spurs
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards
• Practical experience with chainsaws and equipment
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket trucks)

Essential requirements

• Desire to work outdoors
• Valid U.S. driver's license; CDL preferred
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
