Gregory Forrest Lester in Cincinnati seeks a dedicated Tree Climber to maintain safe, healthy landscapes across the Greater Cincinnati area. You will use climbing gear and modern techniques to prune, trim and remove trees, following safety protocols and working as part of a crew.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Tree climbing experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

We are looking for a Tree Climber to help maintain safe and healthy landscapes across Greater Cincinnati. In this role, you will use specialized equipment and climbing techniques to prune and care for trees. Responsibilities:

• Climb trees using climbing gear and modern climbing techniques to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks with precision and care
• Safely operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and hand tools
• Work closely with crew leaders and team members to complete jobs efficiently
• Follow safety protocols rigorously during all climbing, trimming, and equipment operation activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
