Job summary

Stay Green Inc. is seeking a Tree Climber for our Orange, CA location. The role is in-person and full-time, with base pay ranging from $26.00 to $31.00 per hour.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in tree care, a High School diploma, and an ISA Tree Worker certificate, plus a valid driver license. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred. The Tree Climber will perform trimming and maintenance tasks, adhere to safety standards, and meet deadlines while collaborating with the team

Qualifications

• Tree Climber experience required; minimum 2 years in the industry.
• Must hold ISA Certified Tree Worker certificate and a valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree climbing, trimming, and maintenance tasks.

• Coordinate with team members on landscape maintenance projects.

EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:

The Tree Climber must have at least 2 years within the industry. Could perform multiple tasks, meet critical deadlines, and possess technical knowledge of commercial and landscape maintenance practices. Tree Climber also needs to have technical knowledge of commercial tree trimming practices and hold an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Tree Worker certificate. Climbers will need to have the ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
