Compensation and Benefits: Up to $27/hr based on experience, paid PTO, benefits, and 401K.

The General Tree Care Team is the core of our operations. Team members work together to deliver high-quality tree care, maintaining and enhancing the health of our clients' landscapes.

This role involves outdoor work at beautiful local properties, applying expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure landscape health and client satisfaction.

Typical Day

Working collaboratively on a crew to perform pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care tasks. Operate equipment safely and provide excellent service.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in proper pruning of large shade and ornamental trees
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species
• Climbing skills without spurs
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards
• Practical experience with chainsaws and equipment
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket trucks)

Essential Requirements

• Desire to work outdoors
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; CDL a plus
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
