Job summary

Bemus Landscape, INC. is seeking a dedicated Tree Care Supervisor to lead our tree care operations with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. You will guide crews, manage multiple accounts, and ensure top-quality work in line with our safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of tree care experience, deep pruning knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A California driver’s license with a clean record is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional tree care experience.
• Deep knowledge of pruning, removals, and plant health care.

Responsibilities

• Lead tree care operations with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ensure crews follow proper pruning, removal, and rigging techniques.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to protect crew members and the public.
• Manage work zones and traffic control when necessary.
• Oversee equipment and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients, complete work orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and oversee service for trucks and equipment.
• Provide mentorship and hands-on training to crews.

What You’ll Do:
