Responsibilities

• Support active job sites with removals, pruning, and rigging support.
• Operate and maintain tree care equipment (chainsaws, chippers, mini-skids).
• Maintain safe, efficient work habits and safety focus at all times.
• Use bucket trucks, aerial lifts, or crane-assisted methods for elevated tasks.
• Grow climbing, rigging, and equipment skills over 6–12 months.
• Collaborate reliably as part of the team to complete projects.
