Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to direct Tree Operations and lead tree crews. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality landscape services for commercial clients while managing crews, equipment, and budgets.

Qualified candidates will have a background in forestry/horticulture and proven leadership, with strong client-service orientation. The position emphasizes safety, operational excellence, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of P&Ls.
• Extensive experience at previous levels (Account Manager and Senior Account Manager).
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage and develop Tree Care employees and crews.
• Plan and schedule Tree Care operations to meet production goals, contractual requirements and client expectations.
• Ensure crews follow proper arboricultural techniques, ANSI standards and company safety requirements.
• Manage labor, production and operating costs to meet budget expectations.
• Oversee equipment needs and repairs to maximize uptime and productivity.
• Partner with Safety, Field Support and other departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality and client service.
• Lead and deliver required safety meetings and training.
