Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Tree Care Superintendent to lead a crew delivering high-profile commercial tree care services. The role requires a detail-oriented, energetic leader who owns their work and drives client satisfaction.

The candidate will plan tasks under the Tree Care Manager, supervise crews on site, and ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance across projects. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew in tree care services.
• Ability to operate a lift.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• Green Thumb and hands-on commitment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and implement tasks of the tree care crew to meet contract specs, budgets, and client expectations.
• Supervise tree care service activities and ensure safety and quality on each crew's work.
• Demonstrate equipment use and assist with tree trimming and cleanup.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and other employees as needed.
• Interacts with Yellowstone Landscape clientele through verbal and written communications.
