SavATree in Medfield, MA is seeking motivated General Tree Care team members to support field operations and provide high-quality tree services on client properties. You'll work with pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing, using chainsaws and rigging while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates are safety-minded, enjoy outdoor work, and are eager to learn climbing techniques, tool handling, and industry best practices in arboriculture.

Qualifications

• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work outdoors on tree care tasks.
• Commitment to safety and quality in field work.
• Interest in climbing trees without spurs and learning proper technique.
• Interest in operating chainsaws and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing of trees.
• Safely operate chainsaws, rigging equipment, and related tools.
• Apply climbing and pruning techniques to maintain tree health and safety.
• Provide excellent service to clients on a variety of properties.
• Learn and follow industry best practices and safety protocols.
