Job summary

SavATree is seeking team members for General Tree Care in Medfield, MA. You will participate in pruning, removals, cabling, and other essential tree care tasks on client properties, using chainsaws, rigging, and climbing techniques. A strong safety focus and teamwork are required to protect people and landscapes.

This role offers hands-on outdoor work, learning opportunities in tree health, and the chance to contribute to SavATree’s preservation and care mission across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Safety-conscious and capable of outdoor work in varying weather.
• Willingness to learn tree climbing without spurs and use pruning methods.
• Physical stamina to lift and maneuver equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing as part of tree care tasks.
• Operate chainsaws, rigging systems, and other equipment safely.
• Apply climbing and pruning techniques to maintain tree health and safety.
• Provide high-quality service to clients on various properties.
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices.
