Earthborne Trucks and Equipment in Warrington, PA is seeking a Tree Care Equipment Sales Specialist to own a high-value territory across Philadelphia and Chester County. This role offers six-figure earning potential with base salary plus an uncapped commission plan and strong autonomy.

You will build relationships with arborists, landscapers, and forestry professionals, become the go-to expert for tree care equipment, and represent Earthborne at industry events while driving post-sale support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling tree care equipment or in a closely related industry.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical aptitude while not required to be a technician.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Confidence in prospecting, qualifying, and growing a territory from the ground up.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined activity tracking.
• Competitive, self-motivated attitude and desire to win.
• CDL license is a plus for towing/hauling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build territory: prospect, qualify, and close new accounts across Philadelphia and Chester County.
• Develop deep product knowledge across tree care equipment to match customer needs.
• Sell consultatively by listening first and recommending the right solutions.
• Demonstrate and educate with hands-on product demos and training.
• Stay ahead of market: monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Represent Earthborne at industry trade shows and events.
• Support the full customer journey with post-sale service and follow-ups.
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM.
