On-target earnings are six figures with a base salary and uncapped commission. You will represent Earthborne at industry events and provide post-sale support to sustain growth and referrals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling tree care equipment or in a closely related industry.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to discuss shop talk.

Responsibilities

• Build your territory: Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts across Philadelphia and Chester County while growing relationships with existing customers.
• Become the trusted expert: Develop deep product knowledge across our tree care equipment line to match solutions to customer needs.
• Sell consultatively: Listen first, then recommend equipment and accessories that solve the customer's problem.
• Demonstrate and educate: Run hands-on product demos and training sessions for value demonstration.
• Stay ahead of the market: Track industry trends and competitor activity to adjust your approach.
• Represent Earthborne: Attend industry trade shows and sponsored events as a brand ambassador.
• Support the full customer journey: Deliver post-sale support to turn first-time buyers into repeat customers.
• Track your success: Maintain accurate sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts in our CRM.
